When you exercise outdoors, there is a more natural connection between you and the environment. You may also be motivated to change some things in the environment if you exercise in a polluted environment.

Explanation:

Exercise can positively affect our environmental health in many ways, including:  

1. People who exercise tend happier, think more positive. During exercise, the body produces a chemical called endorphin. This chemical works similarly to a class of drugs called opioid. But because endorphins release naturally by the body it is a safer way to relieve stress and pain. Through exercise, you are not only gain your physical fitness but it also gives you an enormous sense of well being. You feel more energetic and positif. Exercise can also serve as a distraction from negative thoughts and activities that feed depression.

2. Some people choose to ride a bike to work or walking but they need to feel safe doing so. When more people bike and walk,  the demand for change is greater. They need a bike line or pedestrian and clean air. It is also good for the environment as less carbon emission.

3. Children learn so much from watching and taking in their environments and the people in their lives. Children with parents who exercise and active are more willing to stay active. They tend to spend more time on outdoor activity and more aware of environmental health.
