Expressing my feelings, until I have enough. I'm honestly tired of pretending that I am okay because honestly, I am not I've been crying for far too long, and this has to stop, my heart can't take any more pain, the more I think about it, it hurts, my grandma is sicker and that's affecting my decisions making and if I could go back to the past trust me, I would, I want to go back and hug her, and have a couple of cookies and milk together, I have been pretending I was fine for weeks now, but honestly deep down I know I am not okay.

I'm very sorry you're going through a hard time, just know you are not alone and that many people care and love you and even though it may not seem like it, It will get better! I am going through something to but am I going to sit around and cry about and think it'll just go away? No! Because you are a strong person and I know you can get through this! You are loved, and you are strong and nobody can take that away from you! Your grandma still loves you! I have an aunt who is sick but I always look on the bright side but I also don't avoid the problem, you have to accept it but don't let it take control of you!
