There are 15 people in your department. It has been your long-standing practice to hold a weekly staff meeting at 3:00 p. m. each Wednesday. However, about half of your employees are more than five minutes late, and two or three are usually late by 15 minutes or more. You have made repeated announcements about being there on time but to no avail. Every Wednesday, you usually find yourself and the same six or seven punctual attendees present and waiting for the latecomers. though, as as minerals are for us, they can also be very dangerous if one were to consume too many. if you were to take too much minerals, or even vitamins, you could experience nausea and diarrhea. all trace minerals can be very toxxic at high levels of consumption. taking too much of some minerals will result in hair loss! but this goes with almost everything in life, taking too much of something that is good, will eventually be bad for you.

my intake in minerals was normal. there really is no need to improve, i am healthy, and i am experiencing no nausea or diarrhea. i am as healthy as a bee. ☺ (sorry that i cannot you with the mineral intake)

what i have learned so far is that taking too much something can be very bad for you. taking too many minerals or vitamins, or anything healthy in general, can result in nausea and diarrhea, as well as hair loss. it would be a good idea to track what you put into your body, good or bad.
