listen to  music, breathe, and maybe doodle or keep your hands busy. i get depression bouts a lot and i either listen to music to help me focus on staying  focused on not falling apart. and maybe right things down and then burn the pages or rip them up. it helps, trust me. and just know im for you and i care!
