A heart attack. When you have a heart attack, this means that the flow of blood to your heart from your arteries has been stopped, that's called a blockage. This would mean you would need to get those arteries cleared and a stent put in them to stay cleared up. You experience intense throbbing pain in your chest, dizziness, and much more. It's important you stay calm and dial 911 if you believe you are having one.
