What is the best thing for an applicat to do to prepare to write a cover letter

The best way to get vitamins and minerals is to  a.  eat more fruits than vegetables.    b.  drink as much fruit juice as possible.    c.  take vitamin supplements.    d.  eat a balanced diet.

If an online school program (i.e k12, ecot) assigns me a computer, would it be ok to use social media on it? would i get in trouble? i am not really sure from reading their terms and such.
