PRO TIP:  never blow your nose when having a stuffy nose. it makes a HUGE difference.I didnt blow on my nose once when it was stuffy, it went away in 4 days I think.

This is because your such pressure on your nose hole makes it inflamed, causing you to have trouble breathing.
