Why do anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa primarily afflict women and not men? (minimum one complete sentence)

Women are exposed to more sources encouraging them to look thinner to an unhealthy degree.

Some examples are magazines, social media and movies. Men, while still facing their own body shaming, are more expected to be muscular and not thin.
