What effects do bullying and harassment have on individuals and the community?

Well telling from personal experience, bullying can affect an individual in many ways. The Things that are affected by bullying are:

1) Personality

2) Interests

3) Mood

4) Feelings

5) Mental Health (Obviously)

6) Grades

7) Relationships

The things bullying introduces are:

1) Depression

2) Anger Issues

3) Insecurities

4) Mental Disorders (In rare instances)

Harassment have very similar effects but it is a bit less intense.

I don't have that much info on communities but communities can probably handle bullying and harassment much better than an individual.
