How do you know if you have Misophonia? personally I have a few noises that make me want to like... cut off my ears, toss em in a blender and jump off a bridge... I literally have to go to another room or to a different level of the house to not want to get hit by a bus

(anything crunchy or eating in general, someone tapping there foot, licking or sucking there fingers or the sound anyways) and its only for certain people...

idk but put me in a room with someone doing anything above and only one of us is coming out alive...
there are other sounds but they dont have as much of an effect then the 3 written
