How do you tell your parents you r bisexual (not telling them has been tough on my nmental health)

If they are accepting, you can come out to them with a conversation. If they aren’t, i would recommend it to stay safe. I am bi/questioning and i don’t want to come out so if i get a girl friend then i’ll probably just introduce them to her. But that’s what works for me. It’s about what will be best for your situation
