Liver is one of the most important organs of the gastrointestinal system. This organ is responsible for helping the digestive system digest food, detoxify the body and breakdown harmful substances that may be present in the body. So then without the organ, this can cause severe ramifications in the body’s daily functioning. Sayid also most likely has a disease and Sayid should go to the hospital.
