Why does my legs itch whenever I'm washing dishes?

I guess you have a circulation problem. Try to stand up with your knee in a small angle, do not stand up the legs straight. Also, try to wash the dishes more often, as it last for a shorter time! And... regular exercices.

1. breathe deeply from your lower lungs

2. breathe in and try to push the ring outwards.

3. breathe in through your nose and out through your nose and mouth.

4. avoid raising your shoulders as you breathe in

5. relax!
