When stress is introduced it reshapes this triangle in unhealthy ways. If your stressed then you may get socially distant from friends and family. If your stressed you may have mental breakdowns and mood swings. If your stressed you may stress eat or harm your physical well being. Stress can influence all sides of our triangle making our overall health unbalnced.
