Why doesn't it hurt when you pinch the skin on your elbow?

Cuz different parts of your skin have different nerve endings. And tough skin, like your elbow, has less pain detectors. Other parts of ur body, ones with a higher risk of being damaged, have more nerve endings so, therefor are more sensitive, unlike your elbow.
