If i did a work out for 43 mins, which started with a warm up that was 5 minutes and my pulse was 110, followed by a brisk jog where my pulse was between 140-160 the whole time, and ending with a 5 minute cool down where my pulse was 110-80. what is the time i should but on my fitness log?
