This isn't for an assignment or anything but I need help and I'm not sure to ask because it's kinda embarassing. My armits itch and are kind red and the skin feels not normal. Im pretty sure ei have Intertrigo. Can someone help it stop itching so it doesnt get worse?

wash them firmly and then use deodorant do not scratch it

if you use deoderant it should work but its robably the deoderant making it itch you might be allergic to it if you think its the deoderant you should probably wash you armpit with cold water and soap it should help

my intake in minerals was normal. there really is no need to improve, i am healthy, and i am experiencing no nausea or diarrhea. i am as healthy as a bee. ☺ (sorry that i cannot you with the mineral intake)

what i have learned so far is that taking too much something can be very bad for you. taking too many minerals or vitamins, or anything healthy in general, can result in nausea and diarrhea, as well as hair loss. it would be a good idea to track what you put into your body, good or bad.
