this is for anyone who is struggling with loving themselves of if you are depressed or sad or want the pain to go away & just die here is a tip, listen to sad songs like Jhené Aiko etc.. then once you start thinking about things in your head & all the things you have been going through & once you start letting yourself down, breath, let go and repeat & just pretend like you are having trouble breathing and keep going till your thoughts go away (I say fod 15 or longer, it really helps), that will make you feel like you are dying then at that point the pain will hurt and it will help bring it all out!
