You are the office manager, and a co-worker has been neglecting her duties and making mistakes. This co-worker has also become your friend outside of the office. How would you approach this situation?

I would approach the worker out of the jobs and see if there is anything going on. See if there is anything that I could do to help. If she says no and nothing changed then I would have to bring it to a higher attention at a higher level.
