The traffic situation in Metro Manila is getting severe and vehicles sometimes barely move. Do you think seatbelts should still be worn? Why?

I believe that seatbelts should still be worn because even though it is thick traffic there is still some kind of movement so if you got into a car accident inertia would still be a big part of the impact still jolting the car which is a sort of domino effect could still kill you if you don't have a seatbelt on.

have been in a small accident and was hit while stopped at a traffic light even when wearing a seatbelt I got pretty bad whiplash so I believe that if I didn't have a seatbelt on I could have gotten hurt much worse

inertia can do a lot and you don't truly understand it till it happens
