HOMOSEXUALIDAD EN EL ANTIGUO TESTAMENTO Los textos veterotestamentarios tradicionalmente relacionados con la homosexualidad pueden ser divididos en tres bloques:

a) El pecado de Sodoma: Gn 19, 1-29. Al analizarlo tendremos que hacer el paralelo con Jue 19, 22-30, que también tiene relación con nuestro tema. Estos textos aparecen como parte de la historia del pecado y de la alienación creciente del hombre.

b) Los "prostitutos sagrados": Dt 23, 17; 1R 14, 24; 15, 12; 22, 46; Job 36, 14. Se trata de textos que condenan en primer lugar la sacralización pagana de la prostitución varonil, ocupándose, pues, de la homosexualidad ejercida en los lugares sagrados durante los cultos orgiásticos.

c) La prohibición del Levítico: Lv 18, 22; 20, 13

Prácticamente no hay divergencias entre los autores en la lista de los textos que deben ser tenidos en cuenta.
