What do i

i feel like throwing up my head a bit dizzy, i think this happened wen i was tryin to do some self back hand springs (btw failed)

does anyone know how to stop this or any tips ?

If the dizziness gets worse you may want to go see a dr or go to the e.r

What I would recommend is to, drink plenty of water and lay down for little. If you have aspirin I would take one before laying down. Make sure your head is a bit elevated. Also, breath steadily, and don't do anything to force your self for about 30 min.
