How do I stop self-harming? My mom always yells at me and im stressed because of school work and i'd rather die. I have nowhere to go.

6.) drink a glass of water

well say a good goal is to do 150 sit ups in a week! or 90 pull ups a day. even 60 push ups in a month these are all fair goals!
