When i d stretch for dance a lot my body winds up hurting

Its probably because your joints and muscles are streching out.

I am a dancer and I stretch everyday. just make sure if or when you are streching don't over stretch. But when your body winds up hurting that's because it's just stretching your joints and muscles. Hope this helps

I do that to here a tip befor you stretch  you need to have some water and something like a inhaler and dont try to hard do a little at a time don't over stretch  and stretching your joints and muscles is good ok?
