How does stress play a role in self-image?

Well usually when ur stressed, ur mood changes or ur personallity changes. So basically when your stressed, your mood, body, and feelings inside you can change and that can cause a change in your self image. To resolve stress, start exersising, quit worrying about the thing that bothers u, socialize, etc.
