I'm going to be honest dude, it's really hard. I've been in for 4 years now and still havent come out of it. You tell people and they try to help. shrinks and meds. but nothing works. I've been happier lately with this girl ive been talking to. She automatically makes everything better for me. All I can say is to they and find what makes you happy and do that. it takes your mind off of alot. cheer was mine until I got into soccer and met this girl.
