Attitude. Mary, a medical coder, overhears her coworker, Jason, making disparaging remarks and acting with a disdainful attitude about a patient of a different ethnicity.
Mary feels very uncomfortable by Jason's remarks, and she worries that the patient
will overhear his comments. She decides to speak privately with Jason about his
behavior, but he becomes very angry and yells at her for sticking her nose in other
