Physical fitness can be defined as a state of health/well-being. More specifically, the ability to do activities such as sports, occupations, and daily activities. Physical fitness can be achieved and maintained by physical activities like working out or maybe walking, eating clean, and managing a good schedule. Staying motivated is also a huge attribute to physical fitness. Work hard, feel good!!
