Well this can go to ways I believe. There are concerns among kids and teens due to the level and percentage of children and teens who are overweight and obese. But, also there are some concerns of over-exercising kids and teens which some fitness teachers have done, this can lead to fatiuge and dehydration, which is never a good thing

There is a growing concern over the physical fitness of children and adolescents because of the combination of poor nutrition. Also, sedentary lifestyle is leading to greater occurrences of obesity in children and adolescents.

The daily routine of an individual is organized with the help of physical activity. The physical activity is distinguished into different stages that help an individual to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

The growing children should spend at least sixty five minutes on physical activity on a daily basis. An adult should spend at least thirty five minutes on physical activity to achieve a good and healthy lifestyle. Physical activity is distinguished into different levels on the basis of an increase in the time of physical activity. The various levels are:

Level 1: It is the lowest level of the pyramid which involves 30 min of daily exercise. It includes daily activities like taking stairs, walking, and playing tennis. Level 2: This level occupies aerobics and active sports. They are performed at least two to four times a week. It includes swimming, aerobic dance, jogging, treadmill, playing basketball, and dancing. Level 3: This level contains flexibility and strength activities that are performed two to four days a week. The exercises like yoga, stretching, gymnastics, resistance training, and wall climbing, come under this level. Level 4: Sedentary time decrease in this level such as playing, using a computer, watching TV, games, and surfing the internet.

Thus, adults and adolescents should do physical activities and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The children and adults are under high risk of obesity because of today’s lifestyle. The lifestyle has changed nowadays of teenagers and children with the advances in technology leading to a more sedentary lifestyle for them. They are less interested in physical activities. The diet of mainly young adults and children consists of poor nutritional value and high amount of fat.
