Ihave developed knee pain from running every day, so after عمل rest i am going to try a new workout for the next few weeks

You can try to make a close 90 degrees angle with your legs then lean forward towards your front leg stretching the front of your hip downward. Next grab the ankle of your leg planted on the ground and pull it towards your rear for a deep hamstring and hip stretch down the front leg all the way to your knee.

One health risk and the most important one is obesity, it can cause obesity since you are not leveling your food like you wont ever get full because your just snacking between foods which can also cause diabetes.hope this : )
