How much physical activity do children and teens need?

Children and Teen needs at least 1 hours or 6o minutes physical activity daily

Explanation:

Children and Teens should do at least 60 minutes of physical activity daily and the activity should be moderate or vigorous physical activity which should be done 3 times in a week or more.

Although Teens can be active in sports and other exercise that include strengthening the muscle and bone which must be under supervision or control of a qualified trainer in other to prevent injuries. Some health benefits of physical activity includes;
