a. no longer has the ability to walk on his or her own.
b. is carrying so much weight that it's life-threatening.
c. is no longer able to lose weight.
d. is guaranteed to die of a heart attack

which ever one is showing doing the same exercise in time intervals such as 30 seconds or a minute several times.
