Vitamins- Vitamins such as C are necessary for synthesis of collagen, which helps provide structure to blood vessels.

Minerals- Sodium helps maintain fluid volume outside of the cells and helps them to preform normally.

Water- helps maintain homeostasis in the body and transports nutrients to cells.
