Yeast infections do go away naturally, but there are somethings you can do to numb the itching and pain. now, if you don't have burning sensation while urinating or don't have any discharge i do not think it is a yeast infection. you mostly get yeast infections from to much intercourse (usually rough) so i suggest you use some king of adhesive such as lube or oil. last thing, your best bet is to ask google and see what pops up. but if you are genuinely concerned ask your mother or aunt or some kind of mother figure.  my best guess is its just hair growing, or maybe razor burn.
