There are three most common dangerous conditions in sports.

These conditions are: overuse, overexertion, and incorrect technique.

Overuse is caused by repetitive motion of the same body parts and is common in sports that require repeated movements.

Overexertion is pushing the body beyond one's physical ability.

Using an incorrect technique usually goes unnoticed. The definition of it is exactly what is said, you're just not doing an athletic activity correctly and safely and 9 times out of 10 will result in pain or discomfort.

A hip flexor strain is treated by applying ice for 15 to 20 minutes and takes rest for 48 to 72 hour.

Strain: Anterior cruciate ligament is lies in the knee which is a stabilizing ligament. The ACL strain is caused by slow down movements and trying to cut or change directions and posture. In this injury the innermost ligament get tear which is present in the knee.

Groin Pull: The groin muscles fibers are lies in the thigh which runs from the above-inner surface to the inner surface in the foremost portion of the knee. The injury occurs by quick side-to-side movements and due to absence of flexibility.

Hamstring strain: The hamstring muscle is present on the rare side of the thigh. The cause of hamstring tear is poor and absence of stretching. The person with hamstring tear will acquire bruising in the back side of the thigh and knee.
