Okay so this is for health class.

a lot of people in the classes are real fat. mkay. but i am not as fat as them. they are 1 to 2 hundred pounds+ over weight.

okay so we are suppose to try and loose weight and all that. so i currently weigh 192lbs. i am 5ft 9in. and i want to weigh 135. that means almost 57 pounds i need to loose. and the bmi range for me is 126-169..

how can i loose 57 pounds fast? i am not worried about sodium at all. i do not eat any sort of candy at all. i drink a lot of milk, water and diet soda with 0 calories. the only things that is junk that i eat is chips, a lot of carbs, and cheese dip. but them just regular food no fast food at all.

someone . i'll give brainliest and a comment and like a friend request and 5 star.
