Why are labor unions able to negotiate effectively with companies where individual workers can’t?

Labor unions are able to negotiate effectively with companies where individual workers can't because this is a collective decision of a certain majority of employees who are working for that particular company. 

The number of people who beg to agree and disagree has great influence on how corporations deal with their people and the risks that they can and cannot take towards them.

I’ve personally felt invisible all my life, especially when a friend turned out to be fake and didn’t seem to take any type of interest in what i said or any type of input i said. being invisible is a terrifying feeling to experience due to the fact you feel like no one sees you and just sees you (sorry if that doesn’t make sense). it’s like a deep emptiness that no one can fill, just you; you have to fix that emptiness by yourself and you don’t really want , or in some cases want to be invisible. i can see many invisible people when they intentionally stay away from people that can potentially hurt them in any way. also, when a person intentionally breaks off a connection so they aren’t seen by people.hope it

1.)dr. natterson- horowitz came to realize that their isn't much of a difference between animals and humans. just like humans, animals can suffer from illnesses and diseases like breast cancer, self injury, anxiety, and many more. she also discovered how they even treated and performed surgical procedures on animals just as if the animal it self were human. the los angeles zoo called dr. natterson- horowitz because they knew that she was a doctor and that  she would be able to recognize what was wrong with the gorilla. they knew that humans and gorillas were similar, so instead of calling another veterinarian, they called a doctor.
