Depression is common in my age group mainly because of puberty. During the ages of 15 through 24, teens and young adults are susceptible to dramatic hormone changes that trigger mood swings. Combined with self-awareness and high stress, symptoms of anxiety leading to depression can develop. 
Coping mechanisms may include positive speech, interpersonal therapy, communicating school stress with teachers, and exercise.

You did not show us the image of the burger, but i shall try to answer as best i can.  when purchasing food, always consider the ingredients as well as the person who prepared it. consider if they were hygienic people or not, in case the burger was infected with bacteria. no mortal should place an infected burger into their mouth.
