What does this mean to you: wellness is a journey. health is the destination.

These words mean a lot to me. It means that wellness can't be conquered in one day. It is a long lifetime goal that must always be maintained. And being in perfect health means to have good nutrition, get a good amount of sleep, and exercise daily.

don't compare yourself to others, this is a big one because due to photoshop and surgery people have this unrealistic image of what they should look like in their head.

think about good qualities you have and jot them down so can go back when you're feeling down about yourself.

make sure you have good hygiene, bathing often, face routine, brushing teeth.
