Type 1 diabetes:
a. is a condition in which no insulin is produced by the body.
b. typically occurs in patients between 50 and 70 years of age.
c. is defined as a blood sugar level that is less than 120 mg/dl.
d. is typically treated with medications such as metformin (glucophage).

The answer is A. simply because the first thing about diabetes(any kind) is that there is either a lack of insulin or it isn't being produced at all. in the case of type 1, its not being produced at all. 

You did not show us the image of the burger, but i shall try to answer as best i can.  when purchasing food, always consider the ingredients as well as the person who prepared it. consider if they were hygienic people or not, in case the burger was infected with bacteria. no mortal should place an infected burger into their mouth.
