Cut out the fatty foods, stop eating when you're bored, and when you are eating make sure it's healthy. That doesn't mean diet! Just eat healthier, like more greens in your diet and less deserts and snacks. Also, start exercising before you go to bed! You can do this right in your home. Blast some music and dance, or find a work out routine online like the one attached. Do this routine every night before bed and your body should be getting to how you want it after a month. No matter what, your body takes about 4 weeks to start to get used to a change. That's why exercising and eating healthy for a week and a half doesn't do you any good.
