Guys I NEED help! Weird things are happening... Please help me figure it out! I am seeing numbers like 1212, 1010 and 1111 which i see all the time.

I dont know whats causing this but here are somethings that may contribute.

I dont really like the way i look and I hate my nose and i am not very confident in myself and I am very mean towards myself.

Recently my loved one has become sick and I feel very protective over them and they gotten better! YAY! but i still feel like i need to watch over them and i am so stressed.
