PLS HELP WE HAVE AN ADULT BIRD THATS INJURED WHAT SHOULD I DO? IT CANT FLY

I would suggest take it to a near vet place. Never try to do anything yourself, unless you are a vet. Or you might injure the bird more.

Bird is on the ground and unable to fly: Approach the bird from behind quietly and slowly, then reach down quickly and precisely, and without hesitating, put your hand around the bird's shoulders, holding the wings folded against the body, and pick the bird up.

Birds go into shock very easily when injured and often die from the shock. Take the bird outside and open the box every fifteen minutes to see if it can fly away. If it is still staying put after a few hours, you can try to find a local wildlife rehabilitator.
