Activity
What fitness goal does this activity help you achieve?
Why does this activity work for your lifestyle?
Example One:
Walking/Running
This activity helps me meet my cardiorespiratory fitness goals and improves leg strength.
This activity works for my lifestyle because it is free and I don't have to travel or follow someone else's schedule.
Example Two:
School football team
This activity meets my cardio fitness goals through sprint drills at every practice. We also lift weights in the school weight room for upper body, lower body, and core strength training.
This activity fits my lifestyle because other than my cleats, the equipment is supplied by the school. Travel expenses are also covered by the school. I get to be a part of a team and enjoy the social aspects in addition to the physical training.
