It all comes with maturity in my opinion. A lot of people think when the butterflies in your stomach stop, that means you’re no longer in love but that’s not true. A lot of people think how you feel in the “honeymoon” stage of dating is how you’re always gonna feel but it’s really not. Sometimes you’ll love the person but you aren’t feeling exactly the same as you did when you first started dating. True love is not about butterflies, it’s about staying together even when it’s hard and continuing to communicate and being honest with each other. It just sounds like she thinks that the butterflies are all that love is, when it’s actually about that person feeling like your home and that person being you’re other half of that makes any sense.
