Having access to nutritious food is very important in keeping your body healthy. Without nutrient-dense foods, your body does not create much energy coming from your food source. Some examples are meats which contain protein and foods that are calorie dense. You want to avoid zero-calorie foods.

Exercise is important to keep your body and muscles in tone/healthy. Even going for a walk and doing light cardio will help to keep you fit. People who don't exercise are at higher risk of disease and medical problems/failure. It is important to get your heart rate up to prevent heart disease and get blood pumping throughout your body.

Another necessity and need is water. Water and electrolytes are important for keeping your blood pressure up and staying hydrated. This will help you to not pass out and to hydrate your body.
