My older sister, who is 22 years old and 33 weeks and 2 days pregnant, is SO SICK of being pregnant. Which I think is terrible. She has 7 WEEKS LEFT!!! But keeps on telling me that she has only 4 WEEKS because that’s when the baby will be physically able to leave the womb, she wants him gone ASAP. Which I hate the idea of, she wants to get induced at 36-37 weeks optionally. (Meaning just because she wants to) she also is thinking about getting INDUCED OPTIONALLY. Which I ALSO HATE THE IDEA OF! Her due date is July 26th and she is really eager for it to be born sooner, she also wants a optional c section because she is terrified of vaginal birth, i told her that they’re are RISKS to being induced early and having a c section. She DOES NOT CARE AT ALL. She just wants him OUT. She is so ready to have this baby she tells people that is gonna be only 4 weeks til the baby is here. Which is incorrect. So I just decided to not talk about this subject to her at all, so maybe she changes her mind. Is getting induced at 36/37 weeks risky? I know that optional c sections are a thing, which I don’t mind. But I think that the obgyn will not let her get induced so early. Maybe a couple days before her due date. But not 2 weeks before her due date. What do y’all think??? I think she’s just hormonal crazy right now, she’s talking about getting pregnant again after she gives birth just to not have to deal with a period again. I mean... (._. what the heck...)
