Some say that yoga unites your body, mind, and spirit. In your own words, what do you think this means? How do you believe that breathing deeply contributes to this relationship?

the answer is:

i had an assignment in the biology course where i should write a few paragraphs about an experience. the teacher didn't give us a rubric. if i had one i could have paid closer attention to the criteria that has the highest scores. this could have improved my grade.
