What is ur biggest fear? How to get over them?

My biggest fear was the ocean because of deep it is and the fear of dying under the water the truth is we dont know Whats lurking down there the entire ocean hasn't been explored fully its only been explored about 5% there's so much more fish but its not the water I fear I fear of Whats inside that will kill so many creepy fish down there so many scary things that people have found down there i have this phobia of the ocean i would love to face it by going into it myself i dont like feeling this way water is water right ? i could do this and i want to face this fear of the ocean the truth is i would have t swim myself to see that maybe there really is nothing to fear under Neath and the reason why i was scared of it was also because my cousin had lost her leg in the ocean she almost got killed by a unknown creature that bit it off i havnt been near the water since then because i dont want the same thing to happen to me im sorry for this long paragraph lol hope this helped!
