Howard is 7 years old, and his mother is concerned about his challenging behavior in multiple settings (home, school). He is very noncompliant and has hit staff and pupils. Howard had early language delay but now uses some short sentences. His school reports indicate that he has moderately impaired intellectual ability with above average reading skills and a marked failure to develop any peer relationships. His parents report that his language is stereotyped and repetitive and that he repeats watching of videos and DVDs. He is very limited in terms initiating social communication and has a restricted pattern of interests, currently an over-focus on DVDs. He has stereotyped repetitive motor mannerisms and seeks to feel people’s clothes. When you first meet Howard, he immediately reaches out to feel your clothes. How would you proceed?

well say a good goal is to do 150 sit ups in a week! or 90 pull ups a day. even 60 push ups in a month these are all fair goals!

though, as as minerals are for us, they can also be very dangerous if one were to consume too many. if you were to take too much minerals, or even vitamins, you could experience nausea and diarrhea. all trace minerals can be very toxxic at high levels of consumption. taking too much of some minerals will result in hair loss! but this goes with almost everything in life, taking too much of something that is good, will eventually be bad for you.

my intake in minerals was normal. there really is no need to improve, i am healthy, and i am experiencing no nausea or diarrhea. i am as healthy as a bee. ☺ (sorry that i cannot you with the mineral intake)

what i have learned so far is that taking too much something can be very bad for you. taking too many minerals or vitamins, or anything healthy in general, can result in nausea and diarrhea, as well as hair loss. it would be a good idea to track what you put into your body, good or bad.
